Since joining WillowTree Custom Homes in 2020, Emily has been a driving force behind the company’s operational success. As Vice President of Operations, her keen attention to detail ensures that no vital piece of information slips past the team. A Baylor University graduate with a BBA in Marketing, Emily spent over a decade in Operations Management within the Market Research industry, sharpening her analytical skills and problem-solving expertise.

A Grapevine native, Emily’s deep-rooted knowledge of the DFW area, combined with her strategic mindset, makes her an invaluable asset to WillowTree. She continues to call Grapevine home, where she enjoys life with her husband, Adam, and their two young children, Alex and Sienna.
